Earthcrew was founded in 1996 as an environmental product company and since that time we have continually adapted our business and partnerships to reach extended markets.   We are offering limited shares in the company to expand our market reach; beyond fertilizers and soil amendments to a biological product market we are well position to compete in as well.

We understand nutrient loss from agricultural ecosystems is among the top environmental threats to ecosystems worldwide and our business model is set up to serve this remediation market.

Earthcrew provides soil biological components that start the restoration process of exhausted soil and providing the soil matrix with indigenous microorganisms that activate a plants’ defense system. In addition to supplying the foods that feed this living network, we manufacture biological components to transition soil to a sustainable, profitable system.

We are volume distributors of concentrated organic crop fertilizers, crop inoculums and raw amendments that feed this growing market.

Earthcrew is growing across the value chain through expansion of our distribution network and partnerships which enable us to serve markets outside the US .  The revolution in global crop management is all about utilizing soil biota to maximize production, at a time when synthetic chemical fertilizers are close to the end of their improvement curve. Given the tightening of environmental regulations, it is not inconceivable to think chemical fertilizers may soon have to bear some responsibility when the EPA ultimately looks at resources that have been comprised.

We believe a logical conclusion that can be reached is; new agricultural frontiers will focus more closely on this underground living system to improve production of food, fiber and bio-fuels.

Earthcrew share investment is subject to various risks associated with making investments in companies engaged in the agriculture business; such as economic forces, energy and financial markets, government  regulations, and environmental laws. Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal. An investor should consider investment objectives, and risks, carefully before investing.
